CHAINFLIX’s CEO meets Sheikh Khaled bin Zayed Al Nehayan
Jeong-seok Oh met with a senior member of the Abu Dhabi royal family in South Korea
Sheikh Khaled bin Zayed Al Nehayan is among the most successful entrepreneurs in the Gulf states and is known for acquiring England’s ‘Newcastle’ football club for EUR 350 million this year.
Sheikh Khaled is a chairman of the ‘Bin Zayed Group’ which is the mother company of ‘BZGAI’. Recently, Sheikh Khaled has been investing in various industries in Asia including energy, mining, and agriculture sectors. ‘BZGAI’ company has partnered with local businesses in Laos, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand.
Sheikh Khaled has also shown interest in the Blockchain industry. While visiting South Korea, CHAINFLIX was on Sheikh Khaled’s list.
On October 25, Jeong-seok met Sheikh Khaled and business partners from Laos. Jeong-seok had a chance to explain every aspect of CHAINFLIX platform in detail. After having a brief meeting in Seoul, the group departed to Jeju Island.
Once in Jeju, Jeong-seok had more opportunities to share about CHAINFLIX while enjoying the weather of South Korea’s most famous island. Sheikh Khaled was very impressed with the platform and expressed his interest in the project. Jeong-seok plans to meet Sheikh Khaled once again in near future.
